Living Intentionally

“To live an intentional life in this world, one must humbly admit that the unknown exists, commit to living out love that unites and do the hard work of self-examination and awareness. It is not easy, but it is what real living requires.”

A friend from college has a beautiful piece about her decision and the process of entering into the religious life. My own relationship with the Catholic church–as an institution–is the rockiest it’s ever been, but her words about entering into a new life with an eye on the future, without really knowing what that will bring, is inspiring no matter who you are. A wonderful reminder about the joys of finding your calling and pursuing it with passion!
